Cosmopolitan = Girl Manual

I perceive myself as a strong personality. I am a confident person and I think that most of my friends like that about me.

I however seem somewhat unemotional at times except for when I let myself open up a little bit. Given that this is not the vulnerable position that I would like to put myself in, in matters of the heart...it seems unavoidable.

As per this Cosmopolitan Magazine Article, there are 6 strange things that boyfriends do...that supposedly leave girlfriends perplexed. I would edit this article to say "6 strange things that partners do..."because either partner can do them.

Being over or under emotional is considered a big disparity among men and women. Many women would be considered over emotional, but I am severely low on the emotional gauge and don't mind that I am. It's not that I can't be emotional or a man can't be emotional but the relative scale tends to be a lot less for at least 1 of the partners, I think.

Cosmo is nice enough to give us some hints on how to break the trends too. Some of those tricks on "how to make a guy open up"...are things that would work on me. Scary, right?

Men, take note. You should be reading Cosmo too. It's like a play book. It's better than a play-book, it's almost an all out operating manual.
